These include a facility manager and a proposal engineer. For its new headquarters in Fiorano Modenese, the company is looking for a facility manager who will organise and plan the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the company’s buildings, coordinating with the property. The technical skills required for the role include possession of a diploma as a Surveyor, as well as building and plant engineering skills, with particular attention to the strategic planning of consumption, and excellent knowledge of the documentation and practices for the management of company infrastructures. The selection will be oriented towards profiles that demonstrate a distinct aptitude for organising specialised technical interventions, including repairs of plumbing and electrical systems, and constantly monitoring the terms of supply contracts. On the other hand, regarding the figure of the proposal engineer, the candidate will join the Layout Department and carry out the activity of designing installations in the ceramic sector. He/she will be responsible for identifying the most suitable plant solution and drafting engineering drawings and related documentation. Excellent knowledge of Autocad is required. Moreover, the selected candidate will be in charge of preparing offers, taking care of the job order and managing technical information directly with customers and collaborators from other offices. Experience of at least two to three years in the sector is preferable, as is the willingness to undertake short assignments in Italy and abroad.
