The solution combines optical controls, mechanical checks, and automatic selection systems to inspect each incoming pallet, identifying any structural defects, dimensional anomalies, or non-conformities that could compromise the subsequent stages of the process.

The system ensures that only suitable pallets are introduced into the production cycle, reducing the risk of plant stoppages, product damage, and malfunctions in automatic systems.

The Mantis System operates at the initial stage of the end-of-line process or in line feeding areas, integrating with palletizing, handling, and automated intralogistics systems to ensure a continuous and controlled flow.

Automatic system for pallet selection and validation

The system automates pallet quality control through a series of checks carried out before they are used in the production process.

During the operating cycle, parameters such as dimensions, structural integrity, alignment, and the general conformity of the pallet are checked, allowing any defects that could compromise subsequent operations to be detected immediately.

Non-conforming pallets are automatically identified and excluded from the cycle through dedicated diverting systems, while suitable pallets are transferred to the next handling, palletizing, or storage stages.

Integration with transport, automation, and supervision systems makes it possible to constantly monitor the process, improving the reliability of the entire plant and preventing issues downstream of the line.
