TecnoFerrari AGVs – Automated Guided Vehicles for ceramic handling are automatic systems designed for the intelligent and automated management of the transport of raw materials, consumables, semi-finished products, and finished goods within ceramic production plants.

This solution enables the automation of logistics and production flows without an onboard operator, improving operational continuity, safety, traceability, and synchronization across the various process stages.

TecnoFerrari AGVs operate across the entire ceramic production chain: from the handling of powders and consumables to the movement of green or fired tiles and slabs, grinding, lapping, end-of-line operations, automated warehouses, and shipping.

The system integrates with ERP/MES software, automated warehouses, end-of-line systems, and loading/unloading stations through TecnoFerrari supervisory software, ensuring centralized control of operational missions and full traceability of load units.

FLAT Models (TGV)

AGVs with a low-profile structure and an upper deck designed for the automatic transport of boxes, slabs, pallets, and specific load units. Available with different onboard equipment, including roller conveyors, chain conveyors, lifting systems, or customized devices depending on the application.

Ideal for automatic connection between production lines, processing departments, end-of-line areas, and storage zones.

Pallet Truck Models
